Lynda needs training advice!

A friend of mine wants to ride a century in May/June timeframe. She is looking for training tips and a rides for training and for the century. Do you have any suggestions? Her current long ride is about 45 miles.

OK...so I just got back from a road ride and the endorphins kicked in...Sean has been talking about a 24 hr race so while I was looking for one on Active....I signed up for this.... Hampshire 100k MTB race...anyone else? Lyle

Sunday- maybe two rides: Mtn and road.

Eric is doing Caryl park -Dedham street in Dover. Meet in parking lot at main entrance.
Morning temp is 17F. Ride from 8am to about 9am. We go off promptly at 8.

Others may be doing road meeting at the Pillar House at 8am.

FYI- Lewis Collins, Kim Phillips, Chris Neeb, and Tom Cranley came to my 90min spin class and totally rocked. It's hard to recognize people without their helmets on. Sorry Chris... The rest of you better watch out for these guys come spring.

Give-aways are a great idea. Buy some raffle tickets and hand them out, draw numbers from a hat at some point in the night.
